Faith lies at the heart of every religion, but community is its true foundation. What, then, is the role of the individual? The Path is an invitation to: trust, look within, hope, share and build. Respects the existing context; it distinguishes itself clearly and without pretense. It remains open to light, wind, and sound. It is humble. Tunnel filled with gaps—light permeates through them—a reminder that none of us is complete. The stones extracted from the tunnel build a table that connects, binds, and creates a whole. Massive pillars may bear great loads, but it is the dozens of small supports that grant stability and resilience against the storm. The form mirrors the community.
